No delivery and terrible service.
Order never arrived, the system has obviously used some dodgy address look up and formatted the address in an odd way. contacted delivery company and uk meds before delivery and made this clear. not that it should matter as address is still correct just an odd format. The service an hoop jumping since has been dreadful, Ashley the 'customer service manager' is absolutely terrible and the company should really consider if he's well placed. it's been weeks since i placed an order and on my 6th or 7th communication and it's still not confirmed if I will be refunded or sent my order.

Waste of Time
I made an order for my gout. It was accepted and then declined stating "Please see your Gp before you re-start Allopurinol as they may want to check your serum uric acid levels before initiating treatment."

I have had Allopurinol but nonetheless, I went to see my GP. I had a blood test and she said that my levels were still high so suggested a course of Allopurinol.

I contacted customer services (Ashley) who recited back to me what the GP said. I replied saying I understood first time and I needed to get the medicine so what would I need to do to which the reply was "I cannot advise what information you need to add into your consulation. The Doctor advised for you to see your GP." to which I replied that I did and they said I needed the medicine to which Ashley replied "I would advise to see your GP, as our doctor feels its best for you to see them."

Never come across such an awkward exchange. Subsequent requests to get the medicine or even a consultation gets declined without any explanation.

So infruiating.

Order Denied Can't Reorder
Did an order and it went through ok but then it was refused because they said I needed to speak with GP.

Fair enough.

I spoke with GP who suggested because of my blood results that I can take the medicine.

There is no way for me to now purchase the medicine from the site. Utter farce

Meds not delivered due to "miscommunication"
Ordered meds that I needed urgently and paid for next day delivery. After waiting 4 days I called to see what was happening. The girl that apologised and said she would issue a refund and raise I complaint. I wrote to the complaints email to put the details of the complaint in writing. I had an email back from the girl I had spoken to on the phone and the email came back from the help email address not the complaints one. Ashley explained that my meds weren't dispatched due to a "miscommunication". She offered a 20% discount after I explained that I wouldn't trust ordering from them in future. She didn't seem interested in actually escalating the complaint or dealing with it at all, other than a half arsed apology and measly discount. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Customer service is extremely poor and…
Customer service is extremely poor and unhelpful, just spoken to Ashleigh the customer service manager who was totally disinterested in helping me today. She kept talking over me and just repeating herself. I’ve worked on reception and dealt with customers constantly and I know exactly how difficult it can be but at least if you pretend your interested and sympathetic it goes a very long way. Disappointed now that it’s stopped me ordering from you again.

Medication never arrived
Medication never arrived!

I ordered emergency important medication yesterday after a mistake by my GP meant I couldn’t get it through normal channels. It was guaranteed next day delivery. By the end of the day today, the item hasn’t even been dispensed. UKMeds didn’t even attempt to fulfil this order. I chose this company based on a fraudulent statement about delivery, when I could have actually received my medication from another company. I have now had to pay again to try and get the medication from elsewhere. There is also no customer service other than an email address on weekdays. I am a doctor and will be raising this with the relevant licensing authorities. Please avoid this deceptive company. I expect a phone call on Monday with an apology, order cancellation and full refund.

I made an order and ticked standard free delivery. only to get an email the next day saying it needs to be dispatched at 9 am and will be £12.95. why wasn't i that when choosing standard free delivery or I wouldn't have purchased it. anyway I them paid the £12.95 stating I was not happy to receive an email saying they have refunded me for my order. yet not my £12.95. this is disgraceful.not happy one bit.

Ordered item on Saturday
Ordered item on Saturday, next day delivery £12.95. Next day notified of supply issues, then the next day, and next. By Wednesday I got fed up waiting and with no actual date for delivery I cancelled and asked for a refund which I have been advised they have issued.

Irresponsible Marketing
They ship quick and deliver that they say. However, they tell me I can "re-order" before the first shipment has even arrived, then a week later tell me that if I need to "re-order" I can have a 10% discount. I ordered a 3 months supply! This is just irresponsible marketing of prescription only medicine.

UKmeds are heroes.
UKmeds, much maligned by the mainstream media, are heroes.

They are quietly filling a gap in provision that our hollowed-out NHS can no longer provide. For what can one do when their GP will simply no longer pick up the phone, or if they do after the 500th call, it is only to say there are no appointments? One can navigate to UKmeds, who will ease your suffering.

Look. If you abuse it, it's your own fault. You're an adult. Don't buy 120 codeines and take them all at once, in the name of all things holy. But if you're using it simply to get medication that you can't access because your NHS GP is basically non-functional, then who can blame you? You do what you must.

Thank you, UKMeds. You have literally saved my life.
